sometimes (shahaadhaiy kiyain) vara avaha nidheyne.It works..but sometimes if i hav worries or a bad dream etc...then i cant.I can stay awake till morning...any othr thing??
i more thing.. meeheh maa bodah mis vanyaves nunidheyne :P dho? alhe noon tha? this is from exp. =) (no wonder i am still awake)

plus counting sheeps does help too :D
